Stephen K. Judge
President and Chief Executive Officer
Stephen K. Judge was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Romacorp Inc., parent company of Tony Roma’s and TR Fire Grill, in August 2015. Stephen has more than 25 years of domestic and international experience in the restaurant and hospitality industries and is known across the industry as a successful leader in operating and growing high-end, innovative dining concepts in both luxury and high-growth hospitality venues. Throughout his career, Stephen has introduced unique dining concepts to the hospitality industry with a focus on service excellence and culinary sophistication. Before joining Romacorp, Stephen was President of Bonefish Grill, President of Seasons 52, Vice President of Food & Beverage at MGM Grand and Vice President of Operations at Rosewood Hotels and Resorts.
Stephen became a professional chef in 1986 after completing his training and apprenticeship in the United Kingdom. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in hotel and catering management from Nottingham Trent University.
Chief Marketing Officer
Jim Rogers was appointed Chief Marketing Officer of Tony Roma’s in June 2014. Jim has nearly 25 years of domestic and international marketing and general management experience in the restaurant and CPG industries. Prior to joining Tony Roma’s, Jim held senior-level marketing positions at Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, Wachovia Bank and Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, most recently serving as Vice President of International Marketing and General Manager – Latin America for Krispy Kreme.
Jim obtained a B.A. in economics and an MBA in marketing and finance from the University of Notre Dame. He enjoys international travel and has had the opportunity during his career to travel to more than 50 countries and visit Tony Roma’s restaurants in Asia, the Middle East and Latin America. Jim lives in Orlando, Florida, with his wife, Beth, and son, Chris.
Vice President of Franchise Development for USA & Canada
Jonathan brings more than 20 years of restaurant and hospitality industry experience in executive leadership roles with Kure Franchise LLC, Huddle House, Inc., Corner Bakery Café, Wyndham Worldwide and Global Hyatt. Jonathan leads franchise development and company-owned and franchise new unit growth in the U.S. and Canada for the Tony Roma’s and TR Fire Grill brands.
Senior Director of Human Resources & Training
Buddy joins the team with more than 25 years of human resources experience in executive leadership positions with Darden Restaurants, Dorsey Trailers and Milliken & Company. Buddy will lead all human resources functions including staffing, training, safety, employee relations, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. Additionally, Buddy will be responsible for creating all training material, including video-based training, for team team members. He is responsible for all MIT training, the development of our current managers and is heavily involved in the NRO process.
