TR Fire Grill, a seasonally inspired American bistro, was founded on the passion for crafting fresh, artisanal culinary experiences that excite guests’ taste buds. Our globally recognized chef, Senior Vice President of Culinary Bob Gallagher, draws on his extensive experience leading culinary development for the iconic Tony Roma’s brand. Bob identifies trends long before they spread industry-wide, and he listens carefully to what our customers want.
The freshness of our ingredients and our partnerships with local farms make the TR Fire Grill menu unique and special. We use locally sourced, seasonal produce whenever possible, and our savory steaks are 100% all-natural beef, raised open range and fed a 100% vegetarian diet with no antibiotics or added hormones.
Thanks to our open layout, restaurant-goers can see, hear and smell the cooking process going on in our warm and inviting kitchen. Our meats and vegetables are smoked in-house daily for up to 16 hours using real hickory, and all of our delicious sauces and specialty condiments are made in-house — ensuring an authentic, robust flavor you can’t find anywhere else.

Innovation drives strong lunch, dinner and brunch menu
Bob is the culinary mastermind behind the innovative menu at TR Fire Grill. He has been responsible for concept development and food innovation at various multi-unit chain restaurants in the United States. He has also helped open more than 35 new restaurants.
Bob is always looking to innovate and add new items to TR Fire Grill’s menu. He is responsible for creating recipes and utilizing new cooking techniques that are celebrated all over the world — on the forefront of industry trends. He has been the driving force behind TR Fire Grill.
We bolster that strong brunch, lunch and dinner menu with special events that support local farmers and craft breweries. Our dessert menu features fresh twists on favorites, like our buttery seared lemon pound cake with blueberry sauce served with vanilla ice cream and our seasonal cobbler. At Yappy Hour, patrons can bring their four-legged friends to enjoy patio time while they dine. Wine About Wednesdays features wine specials that attract groups on a regular basis. Our weekend brunch is also a revenue generator, featuring one-of-a-kind specialties such as Lemon Ricotta Pancakes and our chocolate-dipped Wonuts, which can be washed down with our endless mimosas; it is quickly becoming a weekend tradition for many customers.

At TR Fire Grill, we ensure that the support local concept is evident throughout our restaurant. Everyone on our team, from our hosts to our servers to our bartenders, is familiar with the local partnerships we have and with each and every ingredient on our menu.
“We have many local farms from which we source, and we stress the importance of supporting our communities,” says Chief Marketing Officer Jim Rogers. “We invite our featured farmers to attend our grand openings and speak to our team members and customers. If we are going to work closely with local farms, breweries, distilleries and wineries, everyone on our team needs to understand what those businesses are all about.”

Our featured cocktails, wine and beer are just as important as our food offerings at TR Fire Grill. Our wine list showcases the diversity and artistry of winemakers; it is hand-selected to amplify the flavors of our food and enrich the dining experience. Our signature craft cocktails are made with liquors aged and infused with the flavors of oak, fresh fruit and spices. We handcraft our mixes and syrups in-house, creating the perfect, artisanal cocktails that customers crave.
