TR Fire Grill is making a name for itself through partnerships with local farmers and an innovative menu which features signature entrees like Salmon & Zoodles and Chicken & Waffles, shareable sides like our popular Oven Baked Pizza Dip and an extensive line of cocktails and craft beer.

Our Winter Park, Florida, location gets rave reviews from foodies for its Sunday brunch and hip decor. TR Fire Grill is also garnering industry attention, such as the Ovations Award for Best New Restaurant in Winter Park/Maitland and back-to-back accolades as Open Table’s Diners’ Choice Award in 2015 and 2016. Whether customers stop in to enjoy small bites washed down with a beer from a local microbrewery or enjoy endless mimosas with Sunday brunch on the patio, the warm, open layout of this fresh concept is quickly becoming a neighborhood favorite.

Consumer demand for organic and locally sourced foods is on the rise. More than 60 percent of consumers surveyed said they’re likely to purchase locally sourced food or beverages, according to food research and consulting firm Technomic. The “local concept” is also identified by chefs nationwide as one of the hottest food trends, according to the National Restaurant Association. Restaurant goers want locally sourced meats and seafoods and locally grown produce.
